A: Preparation: Before applying make-up, moisturize your skin, according to it’s needs, before applying your make-up.

(If your skin tends to be dry, use a mineral powder and/or dust only in the t-zone - forehead, nose and chin) If you're feeling washed out, use your bronzer to give your skin a healthy glow. Sweep color on forehead, cheeks, nose and chin for the look of a bit of sun. Step 4: Blush: Using your blush brush, apply blush to the apple of the cheek and then blend up toward the middle of the ear and hairline. (It helps to smile) Then blend downwards to soften color. For a pop of color to brighten the face, apply a brighter color blush just to the apple. Step 5: Lip Color: Line lips with pencil and shade in with that color to create a stain on the lip, allowing the lipstick/gloss to wear longer. Apply lip color using a lip brush or directly from tube. To finish, re-line lips with the lip pencil for natural looking definition and to prevent lipstick from feathering. Step 6: EyeBrows: Define your brows using the Eye Brow Brush with an eye shadow that matches your haircolor. Shaping Your BrowsThe shape of your brow should follow the natural line of your brow bone. The arch should be highest at the outer corner of the pupil. To determine where the brow should begin, place a pencil straight up from the side of the nostril. To determine where it should end, hold the pencil diagonally against the outer corner of the eye pointing up to the brow bone. Brow should extend slightly beyond the eye at which point it should taper slightly down.
1. The general rule is that your eyebrow should start with a straight vertical line from the eye's inner corner straight up to the brow.
2. The arch of the brow should begin as seen in the illustration, at the outside edge of the iris of your eye. The arch helps to lift and open up your eyes.
3. The outside corner of your eye is where you want your eyebrow to stop as seen in the illustration. If your eyebrows grow past that point, it tends to make your eyes go down.

(a great tip for after you read these three steps if you are unsure of where to tweeze, is to get a white pencil and apply it to the area you want to tweeze so that you can clearly see the shape you are going to have.)
1. To find where your brow begins, hold a pencil very carefully vertically against the side of the nose. This should line up with the beginning of the eye, the eraser nearest the nostril and the point nearest the brow. Tweeze excess hair that extends beyond the pencil over toward the nose. Excess hair towards the nose tends to make your eyes look close together.
2. Now keep the eraser end in place and move the top point toward the temple stopping diagonally at the point above the outside edge of the iris of your eye. This is where the arch of your brow should begin. Being sure not to make the brows too thin, tweeze away excess hairs beneath the arch.
3. Once again keeping the eraser in place, move the pencil point to the outside corner of the eye. This is where you want your eyebrows to stop. Tweeze hairs that extend beyond the point where the pencil meets the brow. If your eyebrows grow past that point it tends to make your eyes go down. At this stopping point it helps to lift your eyes up. The same is for the arch. The arch helps to lift and open your eyes.
Not Sure How Much to Tweeze?Be sure to step back from your mirror and check your brows periodically. Tweeze a few hairs from one brow and then the other so they remain symmetrical. Remember that it's better to tweeze too little than too much.

(Tip: To avoid putting too much adhesive on lash, apply a drop of adhesive to the tip of a toothpick. Then, use the edge of the strip lash.) 4. Wait several seconds to allow the glue to become "tacky", then apply lash to eyelid (as close to the edge of your natural eyelashes as possible).Note: White adhesive will become clear once it dries. Here are the tools and make up you must have on hand:
Mineral face powder (that matches your face color), mineral powder brush

Lipstick - Use a lipstick that is a shade or two darker than your natural lip color.
Mascara
Concealer. Be sure the concealer is one shade lighter than your face. By the time it covers the dark areas, the color of the coverage will be very close to your natural skin tone
Here are the steps for a 2-Minute make up application:
1. Wash, tone and moisturize your face; apply sunscreen if it’s not in your moisturizer already.
2. Dab concealer on your undereye circles using your ring finger, which exerts the least amount of pressure and won’t pull at the delicate skin around the eye. Be sure to pat gently; the warmth of your finger will help to blend the concealer into the skin. Dab on any blemishes you have as well. Be sure to blend well.
3. Dust on Mineral face powder with your mineral powder brush.

5. Apply lipstick.
6. Apply mascara. At the very base of the lash apply the mascara by gently moving back and forth. This will create the illusion of eyeliner at the base of the lashes; then, sweep up the lash end to lengthen.
