- Entry Form/Email: Should you access the BeYourselfBeauty.com web site to participate in this Sweepstakes by clicking on an icon or other link on another web site, by submitting the registration form and acknowledging receipt of the confirmation email you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from BeYourselfBeauty.com and its affiliated partners, including registration with our preferred customer program through Market America. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by contacting the administrator. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in this Sweepstakes. During the Promotional Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which BeYourselfBeauty.com deems are related to the Sweepstakes and related programs.
- Promotional Period: Promotion begins on June 1, 2009 at 12am Eastern Time (EST), and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) ("Promotional Period").To enter, simply complete the entry form to the left.
- Entries must be complete and contain legitimate information. Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.

- Random Drawings: One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing every month for the next 18 months from among all entries received the last day of each month by 11:59pm EST for the prior month. Entries will be drawn on the First day of each Month. Random Drawings will begin on or around July 1st 2009 and will continue on every successive month for 18 months. Last random drawing will be on or around January 2nd, 2011. There will be one winner of this sweepstakes each month. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. One entry per person per month.
- General Conditions: * Winner’s names will be posted on the BeYourselfBeauty.com web site on the 1st day of the month. Entrants must visit the BeYourselfBeauty.com web site to confirm if they have been selected as one of the Monthly Prize Winners. Prize Winner must claim their Prize, via email to Nancy@BeYourselfBeauty.com, within 5 days of posting. Prizes will be sent within forty-five (45) days of receipt of completed documentation as required. Failure to respond timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result. By accepting prize, where permitted by law, winners grant to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's authority the right to use and publish his/her name, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without notification, review or approval.
